The first homes will be available for reservation early next year, with the first properties ready for occupation in the summer.
Dandara said the first properties will be ready for occupation in the summer. Internally, the apartments will feature ‘modern layouts and stylish finishes’, whilst retaining a ‘timelessness’ well suited to being part of the historical city. It features a range of 46 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments – including an exclusive penthouse property. Work is underway on the development, which is a nine-minute walk from the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland Edinburgh Zoo.
